MDG F Standard Hierarchy assignment

Hi

Need your help for the below issue for standard hierarchy assignment

1)When User raise the MDG Cost center request , Standard Hierarchy field will be mandatory.

2) Once MDG CR activated , New cost center created in ECC along with standard hierarchy field value.

Issue is , If cost center created through IDOC , It is not assigning to hierarchy in KSH3. Users need to do it manually or run the RKCORRH1 program to adjust the missing cost centers.

If the Cost center created manually in ECC, it automatically assign to hierarchy.

Please suggest any Exit or BADI can be build to update the assignment for each IDOC when MDG CR created without any delay.
