When I create a Customer and select Add new Contact Person. Contact Person data is entered and saved. After process change request and activation, the Customer is in KNA1, but the Contact in NOT in KNVK Contact Table.
Example: Customer 123 is created in the HUB and can be found in KNA1 customer table. When I display the customer record in the HUB, customer 123 is created, when I scroll down I see the contact is created with number 124, (so the customers and contact is using the same number range. and the Contact 124 is not found in KNVK contact table. Contacts in not a partner function. I believe in standard ECC when the customer is created with a Contact. the Contact is saved with a different number range in KNVK..
What am I missing in the setup so that Contacts is saved in the table and is tied to the Customer Master
