Adding fields in My tasks under My change request

Dear Experts,

we have requirement to display SAP Material # & material description on My task i.e The SAP material number and SAP material description are required to display in the ‘To be Processed by Me’ besides CR numbers ". Let me know how to achieve this requirement.
