Display the details of a completed CR from the inbox screen

Hi experts,

When I display the list of "Completed Work Items" inside my inbox screen and I click on the CR description, the following error message is displayed.

So I modify the MDG menu role, adding the highlighted OBN.

This solved the error; however, instead of the CR details, the system displays a new session of the inbox.

Any idea how can I display the CR details directly from the inbox screen?
