Dear MDG-F Experts,
I have a question regarding modifying the initial Change Request Screen for GL Account (objects optional). The issue is that when user is requesting a new GL account, how do they provide description of the new account at time of change request submission? It appears that user can only provide CoA, Company code and an account number for NEW Account (using specify object) but there is no place for description. The free text box is only place but I am exploring if Change Request UI can be modified. In the standard process , all other field do not open until change request is moved to next step, where someone can click single processing and add all attributes. Is there any way to modify the Change Request screens? I see there is a BAdI but not sure if that will allow adding a new field in the CR screen.
For your reference you can see the Change Request Screens below and as you can see there is no way to enter description of the new account. Is there any way these screens can be modified to add a new field?
