On MDG-F 7.0, Display Change Document has a view of new attribute values that have been crreated and old/new attribute values that have been changed over a period of time. it can also be downloaded into excel spreasheet with date and time stamp and by whom information. Nice.
But I do have two questions though.
1 - inforamtion reported is independant of the status of data replication. In other words, if a master record is not sucessfully replicated over into ECC, this is also reported on Display Change Document. that is bad. Would there be any identifier or flag we can use to exclude records that have not been replicated over?
2 - information reported is independant of MDG-F internal finalize processing and approval. In other words, as long as a change request is created with intention of change master record or create master record, it will show right away on Display Change Document. What if the change request is rejected? How can I have this view or report only has the document infomation that has been approved and or replicated successfully?
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
