In transaction KDH3 for a particular accounting group, All the GL accounting entires don't appear under that accounting group.
If I go and check for that GL account in the system via FSP0 transaction, that GL account does exist in the system but it does not appear in the hierarchy list of KDH3 transaction. What could be the reason for the same?

I have been trying to replicate material master data to target system through DRF using tcode DRFOUT. But it is giving an error that 'enterprise search connector is not available' . I cannot understand why it needs to use enterprise search in data replication. MDG material and material connectors are active in ESH_COCKPIT.

I was able to do it successfully. But I have the below problem:
Is it possible to assign different CR Step number to each of the dynamically created parallel tasks?
I need to assign different CR Step number to each parallel tasks, since I need to control UI screens based on Step number. Currently as per document we can assign only one CR Step number for all the dynamically created parallel tasks.
Let me know if more inputs are required.

I am working on Vendor Like UI , Is there any option where i can use a already created Vendor or Customer as a Template and create a similar record ???
Currently when i use the search UI or Create UI i do not see any options for using a Template.

Hello Experts,
we are now having MDG7.0 in our landscape and we are going to activate the business function as "MDG_FINANCIALS_4" as mentioned in the SAP document.
I ave checked all the prerequisites business functions are already activated so I select this business function and clicked on planned status and activate the change.
In SFW5 tcode, although it is showing as "Activated" but with a warning message as " Activation process is not completed".
Also as per checking the Job status it is showing as active. but still not finished.
By looking into the job log, there are no entries as such indicating any error.
Note:- I am getting this warning message since yesterday, Did anyone face this kind of issue earlier?
Requesting you to kindly help as I also checked if I missed any mandatory note or business function as pre-requisite, but no luck.

I have configured the enrichment sport for cross entity validations and used BRF to validate the data, but looks like validations are
not executed. I have the check activated for the step in the configuration and I can see my custom class is being picked in method GET_ENRICHMENTS of class CL_USMD_DQ_ACCESS_ENRICHMENT for that request type and step. I have flag relevant selected and option “Execute Always” (will change this to “Execute when data changed).
I am trying to figure out if SAP MDG standard code will execute my custom class code or not. I had put break point in my custom class constructor and this is called when an instance for enrichment is created in method GET_ENRICHMENTS of class CL_USMD_DQ_ACCESS_ENRICHMENT. However my code in below method is not executed (and hence BRF is not called)
IF_USMD_ENRICHMENT_FEEDER~GET_ADAPTER_DATA
IF_USMD_ENRICHMENT_FEEDER~IS_RELEVANT
Now I am trying to figure out a place from where these enrichment class methods will be executed. I feel this will be from EXECUTE_ENRICHMENT
of class CL_USMD_DQ_ACCESS_ENRICHMENT. But this method is also not executed when I hit on Check button. Am I looking wrong standard class?
Is there anything I am missing in configuration? Or we need to implement any SAP note? I tried to find one, but no luck.

We are implementing MDG-S on MDG 7.0 on SAP ECC 6.0 ehp6 for a client in a co-deployed scenario.
Actually I have a small confusion in designing the workflow for this:
1) Can we only use a rule-based workflow for MDG supplier workflow configuration like we use for MDG-Material ? If yes, then after the activation of BC-set "CA-MDG-APP-SUP_DE_VC_USMD110_C" can we ensure that the BRF+ decision table steps will be imported successfully or do we need to perform some other configuration?
2) But, If we use the conventional method as given in the link Set Up the Workflow - Master Data Governance for Supplier - SAP Library,
then can we achieve success in the successful configuration of the workflow OR do we need to use both the methods as given in the guide.
Please let me know which is the preferred method which we can use for configuration of supplier workflow and please provide some document having screenshots or step by step guide to configure the Supplier workflow using these 2 methods.

hierarchy. So we can have a full view of the hierarchy in terms of getting to
know that under what cost center group, a cost center is placed as the child
and parent relationship is told by using cost center hierarchy (cost center
group) in cost center master.
In my workshop, a standard cost center hierarchy was implemented 5 years
old. now we are implementing MDG-F 7.0. so we are trying to use the File Upload
to complete cost center, cost center group and cost center hierarchy loads. My question
is that when we are done, will a standard cost center hierarchy tree to be
presented or viewed in MDG-F 7.0? I wanted to see the relationship to be
reflected in MDG 7.0 other than seeing each of which as an individual list of
cost center, a list of cost center group? Where is the relationship presented
in MDG-F 7.0?
The same question apply to profit center hierarchy too?

Hi everyone,
An approver is configured in workflow agent assignment in MDG-F 7.0. So the approver can approve or reject the change request coming into his way. That is perfect. Then what configuration I can do if he want to deligate the change request approval authority to someone else so someone else can approve the change request on behalf of him?

In my workshop, I have seen a hundreds of cost center master records that are created with valid to date 06/30/2015 vs 12/31/9999.
However, in MDG-F 7.0, valid to date is determined in Edition and Edition is always created with valid to date 12/31/9999. Given this limitation, how do I load these cost centers that are end dated on 06/20/2015 into MDG-F 7.0?

Would like to know the usage of - Company code field in the UI for Change request for Company.
1. If a new Company is created, can i assign the company code directly in the UI, will the assignment also replicated to backend in this case?
2. In case of new Company creation, is it possible for multiple company code assignments?
3. Is it possible to to pick the existing Company from the F4 list in the CR and assign the company code in the CR? How about the replication work in this case?

I would need to send an email notification when the Data replication is either Success or failure. When the Data replication is success, I would need to send an e mail to one team. when the Data replication is failed, an email to be sent to different team.
Also, if there is a difference in the approaches with SOA or IDOC for Replication, it would be of a great help if you can let me know the difference as well for data replication and as well as Email notifications.

I am unable to expand nodes like Roles, Addresses, Bank Accounts, etc on Supplier Change Request UI.
There are no customization done in Data Model and UI.
I have already checked the necessary configurations in FPM. UIBBs are set to visible.

As mentioned in the SAP delivered document for MDG 7.0 Material config, I have created connector templates MATERIAL & MDG_MATERIAL. Indexing is scheduled successfully and status shows active.
Consistency check for MATERIAL is active, however consistency check for MDG_MATERIAL is in warning and I have all the authorization required (no SU53 errors).
When creating a CR or when searching for Materials, I get the following error - " Search Object Connector MDG_MATERIAL not found'.
Even the report ESH_TEST_SEARCH for MDG_MATERIAL shows warning message.
Please provide any suggestions or pointers to resolve the error.

I am trying to create new MDG CR using the Process Model Configuration. When I am trying to create the WF decision tables I am getting the following error:
"An invalid object Element 'Service Name' is used: Object is marked for deletion", I have checked the Object "Service Name" for the CR from which I copied the new CR, the object id is active and not deleted. Request you all to please advise on how to proceed further.

As per the above link it clearly says 7.0 focuses for Financial and custom objects, and also integration with HANA.
But as per checking/comparing both the systems, I didn't found any difference @Data Model level for finance... Is any one found any difference?
Actually, I am having the client requirement who already implemented 6.1 in their landscape and they want to that whether MDG7.0 can offer which is not there with 6.1 respect to finance model apart from HANA support and parallel change request concept.
-> whether there is any effort/performance deviation as compare to 6.1.
-> whether they can continue with 6.1 for their financial object or they should move to 7.0 if yes,what are the key differences?
Any help would be appreciated..
